Vanguards Healthcare Limited is domiciliary care provider, we are regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC). We support adults between the ages of 16 and 65 as well as those over 65 with their care requirements.
We assist those with dementia, learning disabilities, end-of-life care, and physical disabilities.
Our services range from 30 minutes to several hours per day and include personal care, medication administration, mobility assistance, companionship, housekeeping/grocery shopping, clinical care, including management of catheters, feeding tubes, stoma care and many other services.
We cover all areas in Washington, Sunderland, Durham, Gateshead and Newcastle.
